Rosemary Minaya, LMSW, MBA

Rosemary Minaya serves as Chief Financial Officer of Gateway Counseling Center, where she leads financial strategy, planning, and operations, overseeing Gateway’s nearly $20 million annual budget. She works closely with executive leadership and the Board of Directors to strengthen financial performance, support day-to-day operations, and guide the organization’s long-term growth.

Since joining Gateway in 2005, Rosemary has grown within the organization through a range of roles across compliance, finance, and operations, including Corporate Compliance Officer and Interim Program Director. This experience has given her a strong understanding of both the financial and operational sides of the organization.

Rosemary holds a Master of Social Work from Hunter College and a Master of Business Administration from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business. Her combined clinical and financial background allows her to approach decisions with both analytical focus and a clear understanding of the individuals and communities Gateway serves.

She is fluent in Spanish and remains committed to supporting the organization’s continued growth while staying grounded in its mission.
